A Satisfied Stomach (apple bread)

These were 4.5 plates plus one bowl of soup I had for lunch.








The result? I gained 4.5 lb when I got home.
HA HA HA!

What's for dinner? How about some fresh baked apple bread?

A. Wet ingredients
     2 eggs
     1/2 c sugar
     1/3 c butter
      1 Tbsp yogurt
      1 Tbsp pineapple juse


B. Dry ingredients
     2 c all purpose flour
     1 tsp baking powder
     1/2 tsp baking soda
     1/2 tsp salt


Add B to A


C. dice two apple
     1/3 c brown sugar
     1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
     1 tsp vanilla extract
     1 Tbsp butter
     1 Tbsp flour



 Add C to AB


Baked at 375 F for 60 minutes




 Yummy!!!

A satisfied stomach can put you to sleep and give you sweet dream.
Night night...
