Record lows hit parts of Bay Area (Creamy sausage gravy over Biscuits)

Gee! It's so cold these days. 

The weather man said it's abnormal. We are breaking records.

I need some calories to fight the cold. This is a breakfast dish very popular in the Southern US. Creamy sausage gravy over Biscuits.

Cook sausage on medium heat for 8-10 m'

Take out the sausage, drain the fat from the sausage.

Put 1 tsp grease back to the pan. 

Add 6 Tbsp flour, 1/8 tsp pepper, stir with wire whisk on medium heat for 6-8 m'.

Bake at 350 F for 13-17 m' 

Slowly add milk (3 cups,) cook and stir for 3-5 m'. 

This is called roux.

Add sausage, cook 1-2 m'.

The biscuits are done.

Serve over biscuit.
