蛋黃酥 Egg yolk pastry
我喜歡吃有顆粒的紅豆餡
紅豆加水用快鍋煮一個小時(聲音響後轉小火)
(我都撈出2/3的紅豆做餡,1/3紅豆留在湯裡慢慢喝,快鍋壓出來的紅豆,粒粒飽滿不破裂而且入口即化~我妹的婆婆教我的 ^ _ ^ 還可以加紫米,變成紅豆紫米湯)
