Peach Jam

My beautiful French-Canadian neighbor was a chef in Quebec. This is an easy peach jam recipe she showed me how to make this morning. yummy!


Ingredients:
4 cups of cubed peaches
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice






Bring to a boil, 103-105C or 220F for 20 minutes, stir occasionally. 

Scoop scum off
 Put hot peach mixture in glass jar, tighten the lid, label it. Done!

I'll take them home. ^ _ ^
