Happy Dragon Boat Festival! (粿粽)

This is my first time to make 粿粽, I got the recipe from here.

Use 1 Tbsp oil to stir fry ground pork till it changes color, then add the others.

Ingredients:
ground pork 300g
dried mushroom 4
garlic cloves 4
shallots 6
dried shrimp 20g

Seasoning:
soy sauce 45cc
rice wine 30cc
oyster sauce 1/2 Tbsp
sugar 2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
white pepper 1/4 tsp
water 50cc

Cover and on low heat, cook until dry.




Use 1 Tbsp oil to stir fry
dried radish 100g




Dough:
sweet rice powder 300g
powdered sugar 30g
water 225g

Take 20g of the dough, put in boiling water for 3 minute, remote and add to remaining dough, mix them well.







Let's make 粿粽.

Steam for 20 minutes. Done!



Looks good and taste good. ^ _ ^
