My New Toy

Vitamix





Mango, banana, tangerine, strawberries...



Soy Milk
Ingredients
1 cup dried soy beans
1 Tablespoon sugar (I added more.)
5 cups water
____________________________________________________________________

Clean dried soy beans and soak in water for 8 hours.
Steam for about 20 minutes and let cool.
Place cooked beans, sugar, and water into the Vitamix.
Blend for 1 minute.
Done!

這台機器還可以揉麵團,還可以做"熱"濃湯
