2/3杯乾的lentils
(我沒注意過台灣有沒賣,
如果找不到,可用綠豆代替,我覺得味道蠻像的)
Cook for 15-20 minutes until the lentils get soft
大概煮15-20分鐘,lentils變軟就行了.
Drain the lentils
濾乾
Dressing
1 Tb apple juice
1Tb maple syrup
1 Tb Dijon mustard
1 ts apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic
60 ml olive oil (Extra Virgin)
salt & pepper to taste
沙拉醬
1大匙蘋果汁
1大匙楓糖漿
1大匙Dijon芥末醬
1小匙蘋果醋
1粒大蒜
60 ml橄欖油(Extra Virgin)
鹽,胡椒粉隨意
Shoot~ I don't have any Dijon in the fridge.
No problem! went to the neighbor...
切~弄到一半才發現冰箱裡沒有Dijon芥末醬
沒問題,找鄰居去...
2 apple
2 stalks of celery
1 shallot (I don't have it, so I use regular onion.)
2個蘋果
2根芹菜
1個紅蔥頭(家裡沒有,我用一般洋蔥)
Dice them all.
全部切粒
add dressing
加沙拉醬
I love it.
我很喜歡.
