甜饅頭

I suddenly wanted 甜饅頭...


1 tsp yeast, 40 ml warm water (100 F)

When the liquid doubles, it's done. 


These are all you need.
                                                                           
2 Cups All purpose flour
2/3 Cup brown sugar
2/3 Cup warm water (100 F)
Water with yeast

Put them all in the bread machine.


Turn on "Knead/Rise" function.





Rolled out the dough, sprayed with water.


Rolled and cut




This half dough, I sprayed with oil. 


Let them rest for 10-15 minutes before steaming them.


Steam them for 12 minutes, move steamer off of heat. 
Wait 1 minute before taking them out.


Done!
The right one with oil.
The left one with water.
