It’s been almost two months since I have eaten PURE white rice. It was the first thing that came to my mind when I woke up this morning--- curry chicken with WHITE rice, so I dug up Peggy’s recipe...
chopped up all the ingredients
Since I am watching my diet closely this passed half year, I decided NO olive oil is needed. It cut out 780 calories. (How smart I am!)
I used a non-stick pan to stir fry the chicken adding soy sauce, chili power, and cumin power instead of putting it in last.
then I threw everything into the pan. (I don’t have Peggy’s patience.)
then I added radish, carrot (for me)
potatoes, celery (for Mick)
Done!
This plate has 170 calories of rice and the total calories are less than 500.
Great!
BTW, the chicken is from Costco, the rice is from 99, the others are all from my garden. Look at the Thai peppers.
These pears are small but super sweet!
This is my neighbor's band. They're good! Enjoy the music.

One bowl of white rice every two months will not destroy my health. and...
just about anything in moderation will not be harmful.
I found the best way to stick with the diet is to eat what you like but count the calories.

Peggy's recipe says 1/2-1 tea spoon, mine--- 3 tea spoons.

其實這份食譜我20年前就有了,用過N次,效果不錯,問題是體重會像溜溜球一樣...尤其那食譜裡很多東西我都不喜歡吃.
