Homemade Chili Sauce


I have a large harvest of peppers.  

A. peppers 200g
    oil           80g
    garlic       60g

B. black bean sauce  45g
    miso                    45g
    rock suger            20g 
    vinegar                 20g
    salt                        8g
    water                     3 cups
C. corn starch           20g
    water                    80cc
  





Ingredients A 



Add ingredients B

Medium to low heat boil for 7-8 minutes

Add ingredients C

Let the sauce cool and then put it in the jar, store in the refrigerator.

Not bad (a little too sweet for me but Mick likes it.) I'll try other recipe later...
